SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position will be supporting the USGx Finance operations as it relates to actual and forecast reporting. The goal of this role is to help drive continuous improvement into faster and deeper analysis around the monthly results through the creation of better reporting tools and platforms.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Financial Analyst reports directly to the Sr,Director FP&A Americas. This position must demonstrate attention to detail, understanding of all aspects of the organizational financials and good project management skills to drive improvements in the underlying reporting and analytic tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
Support P&L, BS, CF long and short term planning process
Support creation of monthly reporting packages to executive management
Creation of Actual to Budget Reporting for all department heads
Support of cost savings initiatives
Lead improvement projects to integrate ERP data into more analytical tools like Power BI
Must have high level of systems capabilities:
SAP
EXCEL
BPC
Power Point
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
3-7 years of Accounting or Finance experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Willing to commit to long hours of work when necessary
Effective written and verbal communication skills
