Job Description :
Petoskey Quality Inn is looking to add to it’s front desk team. All Shifts available, some weekends. Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Welcome all guests
· Complete guest registration process
· Special acknowledgement of Choice Privileges members
· Make guest reservations in person and over the phone
· Maintain guest folios, accounts receivable, perform cash and credit card transactions
· Balance cash drawer
· Print end of shift paperwork and verify it is correct
· Clerical duties as assigned
· Answer and transfer any incoming Phone calls in a professional manner
· Process any guest requests with proper forms if indicated
· Keep the lobby, lobby bathroom and front desk area cleaned, organized and stocked
· Communicate with management for supplies needed
· Report any important information to the next shift
· Provide guests with any needed items or information
· Handle customer complaints in a calm and confident manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
