Duties and Responsibilities:
Front Desk
Be the face of our main office; greeting clients, vendors and employees
Oversee administrative functions keeping our office humming; manage phones, front door, office supplies, equipment, mail and office snacks
Support meetings, assist with catering and lead employee company events
Office vendor coordination; coffee, window and office cleaning
Perform other tasks and duties as needed
HR Support
Partner with our HR Director with various daily operations; new hire onboarding, employee swag packets, etc.
Assist with employee recognition
Create presentation materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in office, events and/or HR coordination, preferably for an Architectural, Engineering, or Construction firm, or other professional services industry employer
Ability to work in autonomous and independent manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrates initiative and sees tasks to completion; ownership and accountability
Excellent organizational skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and discretion
