Job Description :
Baby Envision 4D Ultrasound and Prenatal Diagnostic Imaging Center is looking for Part-Time Front Office personnel for our GRAND RAPIDS location.
The schedule will be as follows: (times may fluctuate, as it is based on client appointments) Every Wednesday 3 pm – 8 pm. and Saturday/ Sunday rotating from 9 am to 5 pm.
Looking to hire someone professional in demeanor and appearance, dependable, organized, able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, follow direction, maintain confidential files, and possess excellent phone and customer service skills. Will work independently at most times and will need to be reliable and trustworthy.
Rate of pay is $11 an hour to start with increases based on performance.
Administrative office responsibilities will include; answering phones, checking in and out clients/cash handling, scheduling appointments, inventory stocking, and light office cleaning.
