Epic Spine and Sports is looking for a front desk receptionist/coordinator to answer phones/emails handle patient scheduling, collecting co pays, insurance verifications and undertake day-to-day office and clerical tasks.
You will be an integral part in making sure that our office operations run smoothly and are successful. This candidate is, an organized and competent professional with amazing communication skills. You should be comfortable dealing with people, multitasking, and able to carry out administrative duties with speed and accuracy. The goal of this position, is to ensure that the office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the business.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors, either in person, or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
Providing insurance verification for patients
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Support other team members with various administrative tasks
Skills
Reliable and professional
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Pleasant and professional demeanor
Experience with insurance verification
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Bilingual-Spanish a Plus
