PART TIME! Evenings and Weekends!
$13-$15.00 Plus a FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIP

Our Front Desk Staff are responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position establishes a positive work environment, supervises a dedicated membership team, and greets and interacts with with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
Lead a supportive and effective team
Trains, provides guidance to, and directs on duty Member Service Professionals to be patient and creatively problem solve
Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
New member sign-up.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
