Job Description :
Sharetea Ann Arbor is now seeking full-time and part-time members to join our talented and diverse team.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and drinks (boba, bubble tea, smoothies, etc.) to brand specifications
Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and drink preparation procedures
Keep track of the inventory and communicate with the management
Follow local health code regulations and safety procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the workstation, back kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
Punctual and consistent attendance
Required qualifications:
High school education or equivalent
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Professional attitude and sense of responsibility
High standards for integrity/honesty
Good organizational skills
Able to multitask effectively under fast-paced work environment
Able to perform job responsibilities independently as well as working as part of a team
