Overview:
The role of a QuickChek Gas Department Manager is to ensure customers a great experience when making fuel purchases. This is achieved by leading, developing and training Gas Team Members and setting the pace to deliver Total Customer Dedication. A successful Gas Department Manager will support our core values and mission statement by making QuickChek a Great Place to Work for all gas team members.
Responsibilities:
Achieve customer service standards
Maintain staff level
Achieve cash control standards
Knows competition is aware of pricing.
Ensures gas team members are 100% trained
Recognizes team members for positive results
Coaches team members when needed
Ensures exterior grounds and department meets company standards
Ensures all equipment is working safely and properly
Provides continuous personal growth and development opportunities for self and team members
Qualifications:
1+ Years fuel management experience
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
Strong basic math skills
Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
Timely arrival & excellent attendance record
Physical Requirements:
