Job Description :
Our client, a Marketing and Advertising Agency has an immediate opening for an Account/Marketing Coordinator. This position will assist with the development, planning, and execution of their client’s marketing campaigns. The Account/Marketing Coordinator will work closely with both the account team and the creative team to comprehensively service multiple client programs and activities.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with both a strong work ethic and natural “marketing” instincts, solution-oriented, excels in a collaborative environment, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, and has the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Actively seek to strategically build and advance both the agency’s client and agency businesses
Develop in-depth expertise in their client’s business and competitive markets
Build rapport and credibility with the agency’s client based on trust and expert counsel
Manage vendor relationships to ensure their client’s business needs are met on time and within an approved budget
Focus on direct marketing efforts and other lead generation support tactics, as well as database reporting and analytic efforts
Guide teams from ideation to completion across all agency’s client efforts
Escalate problems to the agency’s client in a solution-focused manner
Manage the billing process for all third-party vendors
Provide account team with timely and accurate market data, budget status, job specifications, marketing direction, and completion due dates
Review all materials before the agency’s client presentations/final production
Maintain accurate records of the agency’s client conference reports, action items, and expenditures

Performance Accountability:

Establish cooperative relationships with both internal and external constituents
Client satisfaction with agency support in achieving marketing objectives
Work completion within budget and established time parameters
Effectively and efficiently drive client and agency growth/revenue
Consistently demonstrates critical thinking skills and is solution-oriented

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required
Must have experience in an advertising agency or related field
Experience in vendor management preferred
Experience with CRM or lead generation, direct mail, and reporting/analytics preferred
Must understand branding
Must be proactive with strong written communication skills, client-facing presentation experience, excellent attention to detail, well organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Energetic self-starter attitude, with a competitive spirit and passion for world-class marketing
Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites proficiency
