Job Description :
Highland Lakes Condominium Association, a 691-unit development in Northville Township, is currently seeking a qualified Grounds Maintenance worker to complete our maintenance staff of 10. Duties include, but are not limited to, spring and fall clean up, snow removal, landscaping, tree pruning, lawn repair work, shrub trimming and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, 401K and paid vacation & personal time. Qualified candidates will join a well-established, long term team at a great place to work. Previous grounds experience required and all other skills related to grounds upkeep are a plus; operating equipment, RTV’s, etc. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and transportation and be available during snow emergencies.
