A full service Property Management Company, located in Warrenton, seeks a motivated individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for providing support to our clients through excellent customer service in the daily management and coordination of all aspects of community operations.The ideal candidate will have work experience including:·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher etc.)·Ability to effectively navigate computer systems·Strong phone skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people·Ability to track and following up on issues·Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills·A high degree of professionalism·Time management and time critical prioritization skills in a fast paced environment·Must be a quick learner
