Global mobile phone operator based in Newark is seeking an temporary HR Assistant for an immediate start. Will be assisting Human Resources with an ongoing onboarding project. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience interviewing and assisting with hiring and onboarding paperwork. Assignment scheduled to start immediately.
Responsibilities
Assisting with interviewing applicants for Marketing, sales and brand management positions.
Provide assistance with processing on onboarding paperwork.
Processing I-9 forms and related documentation
Additional administrative support as needed.
