Job Description :
Overall responsibilities and duties:
The role of the Human Resources Generalist is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group’s human resources policies and procedures.
The main missions of the role are:
Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
Manage all Personal files and Employee Administration and Documentations.
Assist in weekly payroll duties and related reporting, Ensuring all relevant data for the Payroll processing (overtime, absenteeism, holidays, etc.) Respects Segregation of Duties according to the ICB requirements.
Ensures payroll timekeeping is accurate.
Conduct new hire enrollments and training.
Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll.
Assist in tracking training data for all departments and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
FMLA / STD administration and tracking. (US only)
Prepares HR correspondence and plant communications.
Track data and prepare reports for daily, weekly and month end reporting.
Collects working hours of temporary workers.
Other HR initiatives as assigned by the Site HR Manager or Site Plant Manager.
Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (US) / Licenciatura (Mexico) in Human Resources or equivalent.
§ A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment

§ Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems

§ Proficient in English
The Employee is aware and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.
