Job Description :
Founded in 1986, CS Manufacturing is a full-service injection molder specializing in the automotive industry. CS features three operational manufacturing facilities offering total program management capabilities.
Job descriptionAs an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include sourcing, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee relations. This position provides a high level of customer service at all levels within CS Manufacturing and with external applicants to ensure an exceptional experience.Responsibilities:
Provide full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, process documentation, and onboarding.
Assist employees that have inquiries about HR-related items.
Manage online job boards.
Develops and maintains internal/external relationships through hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts.
Responsible for interview management, correspondence, pre-employment screening, and offer facilitation.
Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities.
Act as subject matter expert regarding recruiting and sourcing trends and strategies, candidate assessments, metrics and analytics, forecasting, etc.
With the support of the HR Manager manages the orientation process to ensure new hires have all the tools and resources to be successful.
Support supervisors by facilitating overtime schedules and staffing lists.
With the support of management, drive community outreach activities, fundraisers, and other engagement events.
Perform all other duties assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Recruiting HR Generalist/HRBP experience, and or schooling in a related field.
Recruiting experience a plus
Strong business acumen, business partnering skills, and orientation
Knowledge in employee experience related to market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding, training delivery, and performance management.
Prior recruiting experience working with job boards (e.g. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
