The Larson Automotive Group corporate office is looking for a full-time HR Generalist to join an established team. Under the general direction of the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding our newest talent. Ensure that the company’s current HR requirements are met while suggesting new and efficient ways to maintain employee retention and implement new policies. If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for producing quality work, we would be eager to meet you!

Work Experience/ Qualifications:
At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
Experience applying knowledge of state employment laws
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work productively as a member of a team and independently
Strong project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
reliable transportation with valid driver license
