Job Description :
Do you have experience in client services and account management Are you skilled in implementing onboarding activities for new clients If so, we want to speak to you! We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to implement products and services for clients’ business needs. Position is fully remote!
Pay rate: $25/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for new clients during the implementation process
Collaborate with new clients and company departments to provide a successful onboarding experience
Develop implementation plans to enhance the onboarding experience
Educate clients on company policies and practices
Assist in pre-sales product demonstrations for prospective clients
Job Requirements:
Client services and/or account management experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
Relationship driven with a strong commitment to customer service
