Responsibilities – what are the basics?
Maintain an elevated level of professionalism with customers, establishing positive rapport through every interaction.
Keep accurate records.
Juggle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Other duties as assigned – never a dull moment!
Skills you will need – what you need to start out!
MUST presently hold a Florida 220 General lines license or your states equivalent license. Or obtain a license within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of employment.
High quality verbal and written communication skills.
Thrive working in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Adaptability – learn new skills and be ready to change for the better.
Exercise good judgment in identifying customer concerns and implementing solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest carrier underwriting criteria and guidelines.
Maintain detailed knowledge of personal lines procedures and clearing of E&Os.
Check carrier issued policies for accuracy and inform carrier and client of corrections.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
