Job Description :
Montana Gastroenterology has an immediate opening (6-7 hrs./day, Monday – Friday) for an Insurance Verification Specialist in our front office. Primary duties will include insurance authorizations and general medical office administrative duties as assigned. The successful candidate for this position must possess or have knowledge of the following:
Prior Authorizations – Infusion/Endoscopy/Clinic
Preferably have a minimum of 6 months medical terminology experience
Professional communication skills
Customer service skills and experience
Computer literacy and experience
Organizational skills
Dependable and dedicated to our patients and our practice
Positive attitude
Self-motivated and an independent worker
This fast-paced office requires a confident, energetic candidate to support the daily functions of our practice. Compensation is competitive and depends on the skill set and experience of the successful candidate. Benefits include health and dental, holiday and paid time off, and a retirement plan.
