Who We Are Looking For: Toyota of Grand Rapids is seeking 2 Internet Sales People. Experience preferred but will train the right candidates. The primary duties will to be answer leads and phone calls in our very busy internet department and invite guests to our dealership. You will learn the product and answer questions and guide our customers through the sales process in a fast paced busy dealership. We average over 1000 leads per month for New and Pre-owned vehicles and we cannot keep up. Must be comfortable with computers and technology and have great communication skills. This is a very rewarding position with one of the best pay plans in the industry with great benefits and cash spiffs. Come sell the best product at the best location and have fun while making money.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and internet leads in our business development center
Respond to incoming calls/texts/emails efficiently and professionally
Schedule sales appointments and take a customer through the sales process start to finish
Get to know inventory on a daily basis
Learn and utilize dealership programs for tracking, notes, etc.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
