Position Description The Global Digital Channels, Portal Product team member will be responsible for defining and delivering the Portal strategy, with an emphasis on Cybersecurity, for the Digital Channels organization while working closely with global Technology, Product, Sales, Service, Implementations, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity. He/she is dedicated to defining solutions, while remaining compliant with the firm’s information security requirements. He/she protects the firm and our client’s information assets, as well as the safety and soundness of our platforms. As guardian of the Channels, this person is the central point of contact for Payment Cybersecurity. He/she will work closely with senior product management, technology, information security & risk managers, operations, client service & sales, and global & regional business partners. Key drivers to success are the delivery of best-in-class solutions that differentiates and makes Digital Channels best in class. The successful candidate for this role is an individual with knowledge of Payments, Authentication, Risk and Security with the ability to manage and deliver large scale solutions globally in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented individual with direct client interaction that can use their customer insight to guide the organization to new opportunities. Our ideal candidate is a structured, highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the flexibility to adapt plans for changing realities. Must have the ability to communicate across multiple teams with influencing and relationship skills. Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for product strategy, with an emphasis on Identity Access Management and Cybersecurity, and roadmap prioritization with solutions that meet client needs
Will be responsible for R&D of emerging industry trends
Focused on improving the customer experience without compromising security
Champion product initiatives through direct client feedback and market insight in order to influence decision makers
Ability to define product value propositions and execute marketing plans across multiple platforms globally
Direct cross-organizational program teams from inception through delivery
Deliver tactical and strategic solutions to enhance our client’s ability to easily navigate our platform in the most secure and commercially viable manner
Drive clients to the adoption of new business initiatives that exceed industry standards
Design and manage client-facing initiatives, focusing on communications plan, execution strategy, program tracking and reporting, issue resolution and on-time delivery
Identify program-level dependencies, resourcing gaps, key issues and present recommendations for resolution
Promotes the identification of threats and risks to drive the selection of cost-effective security controls
Participates in industry and J.P. Morgan Forums on authentication, security, and fraud prevention
Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk; foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified
Understands risk and contributes to an effective and efficient control environment, including adherence to the Rules of the Road
Plays a critical role in incident response, risk reviews, and vulnerability assessments
Identifies and monitors key performance indicators to ensure controls are operating as designed and as efficiently as possible
Articulates complex Cybersecurity problems and comfortable presenting solutions to Senior Management in business language while driving resolution
Communicates effectively and builds shared understanding
Invests in relationships and improves collaboration with a “one team” mentality
Makes continuous learning and skill building a priority
Instill a security first mindset through coaching and mentorship. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement throughout the team.

Qualifications
BA/BS in Management, Finance, Operations Management, IT/ Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline. MBA or related graduate degree a plus
At least 8+ years of professional experience in product or product-related functions, including product development and marketing
Possesses knowledge of cybersecurity, electronic banking products, and systems
Passion for online technology and knowledge of industry structure, trends and influential companies
Self-starter who is able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment that is results driven
Understanding of systems development methodologies. Ability to direct and manage business partners, technology resources, subject matter experts, user interface design, QA, UAT, and all other groups involved in the end-to-end process needed to define, design, and deploy product capabilities
Versed in Agile delivery framework
High level of creativity, ability to think ‘outside the box’
Possesses a strategic mindset and exhibits a high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment to task
Comfortable with, and an advocate for, ongoing change
