Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Monitors and reconciles player account balances and corresponding commercial bank accounts.
Reviews, audits and compiles reports and journalizes internet gaming revenue.
Reviews trial balance activity and performs account reconciliations.
Monitors and audits W2G notifications and form issuance as well as 1099 activity taking the lead on all annual reconciliations and Federal reporting.
Reviews, responds and tracks payment disputes/charge backs/reversals.
Compiles and send licensee reports to the DGE on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis and ensures monthly internet gaming taxes are sent as required.
Reviews and processes player withdrawal requests and obtains necessary in-house approvals when protocol dictates they are necessary.
Monitors check type withdrawal payment processing by 3rd party, reconciles outstanding payments regularly and handles player complaints in relation to check payments.
Tracks and reconciles processing fees and revenue share.
Assists I-Gaming Accounting Manager as needed.
Promotes positive public relations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Accounting degree preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years accounting experience required, with at least one (1) year in Casino Accounting.
Prior General Ledger experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
