Job Description :
This is a year-round full-time position focusing on leading a team of 2-4 crew members in mowing operations and beautify commercial properties with proper mowing techniques, plant care, weed and trash removal. Winter work and premium snow pay of $35/hour during snow events.
What we are looking for in a Crew Leader…
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mowing and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience a plus
Teamwork: those that can support and teach their fellow team members with respect and professionalism
Dependable: will show up each day on time and be prepared
Trustworthy: honest and do their job the right way each day or ask questions when they do not know
Quality focused: those that always want to go above and beyond
Profitable: understanding that efficiency equals money for the company and themselves
Equipment: must be able to operate and maintain zero turn mowers, string trimmers, push mower, hedgetrimmer, leaf blower, and hand tools
More Position details…
Pay range: $18.00-$21.00/per hour (based on experience)
Fulltime year round position – no lay off
$35/hourly pay during snow events
