The Boeing Company is seeking motivated and talented Lead Manufacturing Operations Analysts to join the Enterprise Production System Engineering (EPSE) Team. The team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Senior and/or Lead level Manufacturing Operations Analysts.
The selected candidate will provide critical project organization and management system leadership to The Boeing Company and to the EPSE team. This organization is dynamic and growing with a leadership team passionate about attracting and developing top talent.

You will bring a high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, problem solving, and organization skills to the role.
The individual will coordinate with leaders and business partners to understand business needs and requirements, analyze customer needs, define desired outcomes, and design processes to meet specified requirements. You will identify and leverage internal and external resources to fulfil requirements, and partner with leaders to integrate existing and new processes, concepts, and resources to enhance corporate profitability and productivity.
The individual will work with stakeholders to establish collaborative relationships while negotiating best value for both the organization and customer.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead / facilitate organization to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
Work under consultative direction
Coordinate complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise strategies and initiatives
Conceptualize ideas, develop and implement strategic visions at the executive and non-executive level
Participate in activities to define, document, and validate business partner requirements across enterprise leaders and organizations
Apply process management and process improvement techniques to resolve enterprise initiatives
Provide advanced technical knowledge and leadership to enterprise projects that affect organization efficiency
Use problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to problems
Gather data, conduct analysis, and develop recommendations for implementation of new systems, processes and tools
Facilitate work teams, provide necessary training, lead problem resolution and process improvement
Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements; therefore, a U.S. person is required as defined by 22 C.F.R 120.15.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years’ experience collecting, organizing and synthesizing data
5+ years’ experience leading large scale, cross functional projects
5+ years’ experience as a strategic business partner supporting a leadership team
5+ years’ experience developing and supporting the internal management systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working in a team environment and independently
5+ years’ of work experience as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in structural problem solving
Experience in project management
5+ years’ of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Typical Education & Experience:
Senior (level 4) Bachelor degree and 10+ years’ related experience or Master’s degree and 8+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Lead (level 5) Bachelor’s degree and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 13 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
