Logistics & Operations Executive Responsibilities:
Manage in-bound & out bound Logistics.
Manage outbound problem handling during the transportation of products.
New product/ service master creation on the ERP system.
Prepare quotations based on the project requirements in accordance with the concerned sales manager.
Sales Booking and knowledge or reading contract T&C.
Follow-up payments from clients.
Experience in paperwork and submission of multiple turnkey tenders with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels, keep track of stocks
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualification
Education: Business Management background with 1st class grade.
Job Related Experience: Minimum 5 years in Operations & Logistics Department with similar responsibilities.
Skills
Should be well versed with email etiquettes.
Making sure to Demonstrate Professional and Polite Responses in all Tele conversations.
Excellent skills, both written and verbal in English. Must Speak Fluent in Bengali & Hindi
Should have typing speed & Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Arithmetic
Experience in ERP system.
Salary – 2.4LPA- 3.6LPA
Location: Kolkata
