Machine Operator -Day Shift

Competency Based Training allows you to earn based on what you can do. Pay scales and increases go up based on the experience and skills you learn on the job; and your individual performance.

Job Functions:

Learn the operation of the die cast and/or CNC machines.
Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and that the machine achieves maximum uptime.
Visually inspect products for surface and obvious dimensional defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications.
Trim excess material from parts.
Place product into appropriate container.
Accurately record production transactions and work time.
Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries

Requirements:

High school diploma desired, but not required.
CNC experience preferred.
