Job Description :
Aquamare Marine USA are looking for an experienced Marine Paint Sprayer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale.
The role includes Competitive starting wages, Health Plan, Paid Holiday.
Experienced Boat / Automotive Painting professional with knowledge and dedication to producing the highest quality finish. This includes but is not limited to utilizing skills in Body work, Prep and Painting.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all aspects of vessel production
Use of proper safety equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Maintain a productive and positive work environment
Maintain exceptional attendance
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Maintain a positive and proactive communication relationship with teammates and supervisors
Ability to work both independently and with regular instruction and checkpoints to ensure quality control
Physical Skills:
Solid working knowledge of body work, sanding, masking and painting single stage as well as base clear.
Experienced in automotive or marine painting
Experienced use of all applicable tools; spreaders, spray guns, sanders.
Experience:
Masking and painting: 3 year (Preferred)
sanding: 3 year (Preferred)
body work: 3 year (Preferred)
automotive or marine painting: 3 year (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
