Job Description :
GRO, a full-service digital marketing and creative agency is looking to hire an ambitious/analytical individual for our Marketing Integration Coordinator position in Detroit

The ideal candidate for this role should be self-driven, have a strong affinity for troubleshooting issues, and is eager to learn new programs while staying on top of industry trends. The candidate will be exposed to multiple marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, TapClicks, SEranking, and various others. This position will play an integral role in ensuring company operations run smoothly, so the candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to engage with clients, identify business objects, and put forth strategies for monitoring the success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify problems/provide strategic solutions and present an implementation plan to key stakeholders
Using learnings from problems identified, create processes to mitigate future issues
Act as a technical resource with client-facing teams on an as-needed basis
Maintain event tracking for client websites and own conversion reporting in Google Analytics
Ensure proper tracking and attribution by building conversion reporting dashboards and running audits on irregular activity identified in the report
Monitor and report critical issues that are identified through regular communication with the Marketing Integration Manager and analyzing changes in analytics
Assist the sales team with scope of high-level proposals upon the manager’s approval
Manage and create custom Client Reporting Dashboards as needed
Work with leadership to deploy new technologies that can bring efficiencies to GRO
Assist with the onboarding of new clients including:
asset collection and verification, to integrate the required mechanisms defined by the scope of services for the client

Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of experience working with GTM / Google Analytics / Facebook Pixel
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to new technologies
The desire to research and test new opportunities within the growing martech space
Able to multitask and prioritize
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding (HTML,CSS,JavaScript,SQL) is a Plus

Requirements:
2+ years of Google Tag Manager based event tracking
2+ years of Google Analytics experience (interpreting and acting on analytics data)
Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
Willingness to work and hold yourself accountable in a hybrid work environment (In-person & remote)
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and the ability to leverage advanced formulas
