Mass Tort Legal Assistant – Royal Oak, MI
The Probate Pro (www.TheProbatePro.com), a division of the Darren Findling Law Firm, PLC, is a growing probate, estate planning, and elder law firm with offices in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and Ohio. The Probate Pro seeks a Mass Tort Legal Assistant for its Royal Oak, MI office.
Responsibilities:
· Managing a large and time-sensitive caseload from start to finish
· Communicating with clients and attorneys to coordinate the opening of probate estate
· Responsible for accurately entering in data obtain from clients and attorneys into our case management systems
· Monitoring and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow-through
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Results-oriented and assume a level of ownership in work product
· Adapts well to change and maintains a positive attitude under stress
· Ability to multitask and stay focused on the most important and urgent issues
· Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
