Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. Must Have Skills : Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Good To Have Skills : No Function Specialty Job Requirements : Responsibilities • Participate in customer orals document business requirements • Analyze business requirement and do gapfit analysis for more than 1 functional area Finance,T and L or manufacturing. • Analyze requirements and provide solutions from MStechnology stack and ISV addons • Prepare FRD and FDD for medium complex customizations • Demonstrate good understanding of parameters and master data setup and should be able to configure them independently. • Provide support in resolving the L support tickets. • Lead the team by giving the required technical knowledge • Support presales activities validate estimates,assumptions and solution plan or support POCs • Demonstrate Customer Focus,active listening and consultative approach Professional Experience • Min 6 years of experience • Handle complex business processes and configuration in AX for Order to cash, procure to pay and record to report etc.Exposure in Dynamics 365, AX7 and the LCS feature like BPM will be an added advantage
