Job Description :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst — Morrow, Georgia
Hours: 8:30 to 5 pm
A Board Certified Behavioral Analyst’s (BCBA) primary function is to develop and monitor a variety of behavioral support and programing options to treat clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). At Hearts and Hands Therapy Services, the BCBA will also consult with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy departments on various clients cases. The BCBA will conduct intakes and progress reports as needed and develop/ maintain behavior and skill acquisition plans for each client. The BCBA will monitor programing through our data collection system, and update programs based client progress. Each BCBA is responsible for maintaining his/her certification and adhering to the ethical standards of the BACB.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities
Implementing an appropriate assessment tool based on clients needs or insurance requirements prior to the individual deadlines
A caseload of approximately 8-10 kids is to be maintained based on number of full and part time clients
Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
Perform 1:1 and group meetings with staff to keep them informed and goal oriented
Updating and maintaining appropriate programming for clients
Provide parent training, resources and guidance to ensure the quality of care.

Review clinical documentation and data collection; provide feedback as needed.
Complete necessary documenting (i.e. supervision notes, program updates, etc.)
Collect data for goals in a treatment plan to determine effectiveness of interventions
Work as part of interdisciplinary team with Speech therapy, OT, and PT
Respond to maladaptive behaviors as needed
Reporting any disciplinary actions that are needed to maintain a high functioning and cohesive team
Give medication when needed according to center policy.
Inform appropriate staff of materials needed for purchase
Maintain and stay in good standing with the BACB
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
