Inviting applications for the role of AP Payments Supervisor – Management Trainee – English!
Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of Business and Finance strategy within the South Africa and Africa businesses
Drive the implementation and maintenance of a suitable level of financial control in the finance operations environment for South Africa and Africa businesses
Ensure the delivery of an effective Management reporting process providing timely, accurate and appropriate business financial information
Motivation and leadership of the overall team of indirect reports
Coaching and mentoring and Succession planning
Promote a customer / employee focused environment
Encourage dedication and Promote ethics and compliance
Ability to stand in for your Direct Line Manager
Keen Knowledge and understanding of systems
Skills and Requirements
Good communication skills at all levels of the business, both written and verbal
Demonstrate good judgements
Ability to optimize execution and results
Ability to advocate planning and continuous improvement
Demonstrate flexibility
Time Management skills
Work well under pressure
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in English
Relevant work experience in roles within Accounts Payable. Previous experience in leading a team of a similar size
Relevant Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous
