Our next chapter can be your success! Human Resource Assistant – Bi-Lingual Spanish & English SYNNEX uses the latest technology to help us screen during our recruitment process. Transform a Page in Your Career Story Update employee information in our HRIS system Coordinating the creation of employee badges Assisting with the new hire orientations, preparing term packets Processing invoices for the department (including obtaining approvals and PO numbers) Maintaining department’s compliance with federal and state regulations (I-9’s, legal postings, record retention, etc.) This person will also assist team members periodically with data entry and special projects, including preparation of presentations, reports, etc. Will work with agencies to coordinate candidate interviews as well as manage background checks for conversions Point of contact for Workers Compensation, LOA administration Point of contact for employee inquiries What makes you a bestseller?
