Responsibilities:
Set virtual or in-person appointments with clients using our lead system (NOT cold-calling, door-knocking, nor chasing off everyone in your contact list)
Run a needs analysis and complete insurance applications (because everyone deserves the peace of mind knowing that their family is protected)
Follow through and follow up until policies are placed in force and families are protected
Continue to provide amazing customer service to clients to uncover potential cross-sell and referral opportunities
*Hire & train other agents to increase distribution and revenue (*Owner’s Path only)
Requirements:
Active Life & Health Insurance License (sponsorship program available for qualifying candidates)
Past Sales Success (preferred but not required)
Home office set up including webcam for virtual meetings & trainings
Overly optimistic attitude
Ability to work independently & in a team
Growth mindset (what we do is simple, not easy)

Pay: $103,000.00 – $301,000.00 per year
