Enterprise System Sales and Business Development (Remote)
UK-based technology company (synecticsglobal.com) seeks full-time outside sales professional for US division. Territory includes upper half of US plus Canada.
In this business development role you will be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities while managing existing customers and partnerships. Become an expert promoter of our industry-leading surveillance and security solution for casinos and integrated resorts. 2-10 years of B2B direct outside sales experience including cold calling, guiding a complex solution sale, closing and managing high value, long term client relationships
Successful track record selling technology products and/or services, preferably computer hardware and/or business software. Familiarity with security, surveillance, IT, cloud services and/or the casino industry is a plus.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Interest, knowledge, and experience using and discussing technology.
Friendly, authentic, people-person, strong communicator (verbal and written)
Driven, curious, self-motivated, persuasive, quick on your feet, ethical, and accountable
Willing and able to travel 2-3 weeks per month (domestic)
Find, engage, and develop new casino leads and convert to customers through cold calls, in person presentations, trade shows, referrals, social media, email, etc. This is a hands-on, sales hunter role.
Manage, upsell and leverage existing end user and reseller relationships for referral and upgrade opportunities.
Report to and work closely with US Regional Director. Collaborate with the Customer Success (pre sales, technical support, ops) team. Nurture and maintain close contact with your customers.
Learn to competently demonstrate and differentiate our complex software solution. Develop deep knowledge of gaming marketplace, competitors, integration partners and industry players.
Meet or exceed lead generation and sales goals. Consistently update activities in CRM (Salesforce)
Salary: $75k DOE
Sales Commission: Up to 50% of salary
