Quickbooks, Microsoft office, Excel and Word : experience in accounts receivable and payable, reporting (exporting Profit and Loss statements), banking , payroll taxes and subcontractor invoices.
Property management: managing tenant lists and apartment inventory, inventory logs and electronic and physical filing
Job Description: Respond to tenant’s maintenance requests
Maintain and creating work orders, tenant lists and inventory logsDocument all Move in and move out notificationsupdating and maintaining leasesGoogle calendar, Docu sign, work order appProfit and loss statementsCustomer service oriented
