Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for lead generation and conversion, maintaining and updating discharged patients’ database in coordination with healthcare professional and meeting them in person.
Responsible for enrollments of patients for Homecare services. Handling patient queries related to new and ongoing care.
To maintain cordial relations with patient family and staff. Coordination with concern department for better care.
Participate in patient care activities wherever required. Work on other related jobs to be given from time to time
Profile description:
12th / Graduates female or male candidates with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills with computer knowledge.
Proficient in English, Hindi and local state specific language. 0-1 years of relevant experience.
