A.J.Dwoskin & Associates is a leader in both commercial and residential property management, managing 28 apartments, townhomes, mobile homes, and commercial properties throughout Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, and Prince William Counties in Northern Virginia.

Some key objectives for your role as the Payroll Administrator:
Produce accurate and timely payroll for 110 employees.
Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data within ADP Workforce.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
Provide accurate and timely information needed for various journal entries and account reconciliations.
Be the point of contact with ADP
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in a payroll position
Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax law
Intermediate experience with ADP Workforce or other Payroll software
Intermediate skills in Word and Excel
Experience building and submitting payroll reports
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience communicating procedures in a logical/methodical manner
Excellent time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working in a team environment
Able to maintain confidential information
