Job Description :
Seeking an experienced payroll and benefits coordinator to manage payroll for 400 employees.

About you:
Knowledge of payroll taxes, calculations, forms, policies, procedures on Federal and State levels
Extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors
Ownership of work product and how it fits in the overall business structure
Perform self-directed work with minimal oversight
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Prior exposure to health insurance protocols for onboarding and exiting staff members (ideal but not required)
Self-awareness
Previous experience with Quickbooks or Intuit Payroll, Paychex, Ceridian Dayforce, or ADT required (provide details of experience in your cover letter)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
