Job Description :
Ravalli Electric Co-op, located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley, is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our team.
The Payroll Specialist reports directly to the CFO and performs varied payroll and bookkeeping duties, including:
Accurately processing biweekly and monthly payrolls
Processing payroll and benefit changes
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll taxes
Accounts payable
Candidates must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Educational and experience include a minimum of a high school diploma and two years of payroll and bookkeeping experience.
Successful applicants will demonstrate experience in maintaining the confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. Must have the ability to obtain a valid Montana driver’s license.
