Job Description :
Tasks
Preparation of HR-MIS from time to time on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
All data and actions related to Payroll Management and Payroll Processing. Handling all interfaces with Central payroll and Operations team and OSHRS
Regularization of attendance mismatches for both white and blue collars
Maintaining leave records of Blue collar employees (permanent blue collars & casual)
Calculating of Incentive for blue collars
Responsible for overtime posting and analysis
Qualifications
Preference for Diploma/degree in Management.
6- 8 years in handling payroll in SAP Platform.
Mandatory Requirements:
Expert in SAP HR module and handling payroll through SAP
Knowledge of Advance Excel is required
