Position Requirements & Competencies:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Satisfactory completion of agency qualifying exam
Six (6) months recent experience as a Nurse Aide or HHA in a hospital, hospice setting, AFC home, or long term care setting preferred
STNA certification required
Current CPR/First Aide certification if state or program requirement
Ability to read and write English
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
