Requirements
We are looking for video moderators to join our team, someone who has an ear and eye for detail. The role will have responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
An online enforcer that can help maintain the safety of our online communities and its usage across multiple content areas.
Identify operational, behavioural & technical issues, patterns, and trends within our community.
Observe, escalate issues, and be proactive with opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels.
And other tasks that will come up in a vibrant start-up just launching in Kolkata.
Qualification
Educational Qualification – Undergraduate or Graduation in any stream.
Good English communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
Experience in customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and desire to learn.
High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
Familiar with smartphone/ mobile device/mobile applications.
Experience in device/application troubleshooting is highly preferable.
