Job Description :
Express has partnered with a premier manufacturer in Dexter hiring for Production Operators to join the team!
Market competitive pay starting at $16.00/hr – $16.70hr.-earn up to 3 increases a year!
Benefits available immediately after hire day ONE with medical. Additional benefits include: quarterly attendance bonuses, and career development training, direct hire after 2 weeks with good attendance and progress in training.
*Saturdays as needed1st shift 5:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday*3rd shift 7:00pm-5:30am Monday-Friday*
Production Job Duties:
Cross train throughout line assembling porcelain and plastic toilets.
Attaching upper and lower with hose line using hand tools.
Maintain daily production quotas made for entire shift.
Pack out and labeling at end of line.
Must have the ability to work in a non temperature controlled facility.
Maintain daily production output in a fast paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy required for assembly.
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds as needed throughout shift, lift assist in heavier product areas.
****No manufacturing experience required: Construction, Lawncare, Retail, Distribution, and Food Service workers are encouraged to apply! Training offered to candidates with hard work ethic and exhibit good attendance. Interested candidates must be able to undergo drug screening and background check to start.
