Job Description :
Parkview Hills Management Company is adding to their property management team.
The position entails overseeing the day to day operations of the condominium communities assigned. All aspects financial, environmental and physical condition of the properties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication/customer service skills, time management and organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other basic computer skills essential. Basic maintenance skills a plus.
General duties include, but not limited to, are:
Monthly financial reporting and annual budgeting.
Oversee financial payables and receivables of properties managed.
Prioritizing and monitoring Work Orders and preventative maintenance programs.
Obtain bids and contracts from outside Vendors as approved by communities managed.
Prepare short and long-term financial and maintenance replacement programs for communities managed.
Assist communities with governing Master Deed, Association ByLaws and specific Condominium documents as needed.
Prepare community/board correspondence as needed.
Attend community board meetings.
Conduct community site visits and management reports of communities managed.
Maintain good public relations with co-owners and board members of properties managed, outside vendors and contracts and company personnel.
Must have current and legal drivers license.
Assist Company in any other job related duties as may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
