Seeking a Provider Recruiter for a progressive community health system in beautiful Southern, Montana in one of the fastest growing communities in the nation.
Job Summary: The Provider Recruiter is responsible for leading provider recruitment and retention.
Performs full cycle recruitment for all providers including updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, pre-screening applicants, advertising vacancies, assisting with reference checking, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and coordinating on-site visits for candidates.
You will serve as an internal provider recruiter and retention consultant, working with internal and external partners as necessary to provide the organization with talent management expertise. Form strategic business partnerships with leadership, physicians, and hiring managers within health system.
You will maintain the onboarding and documentation for completion of the pre-employment process.
Assist with development and tracking of the annual provider recruitment budget and provides monthly updates to leadership and managers.
You’ll fully participates in other Human Resources initiatives as needed.
What you’ll need to qualify: Bachelor’s Degree, At least 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience and understanding of physician and APC specialties. In addition, they are looking for someone with:
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
Experience in developing relationships with physicians including identifying needs, communicating with, and responding to the needs of medical staff
Availability outside of business hours and weekends for calls/candidate interviews
Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) or Association of Staff Physician Recruiters Fellowship is preferred
Knowledge of Stark Laws, anti-kickback, and immigration recruitment is preferred
Experience with provider compensation
Marketing/advertising experience is very helpful
125-bed facility with 10 ORs, 20 bed Critical care unit, and 25 bed ED. Approximately 28,000 ED visits per year. A new NICU opened a year ago, as part of a comprehensive women and children’s care system. The hospital has level III ACS Trauma Center designation and is DNV accredited.
