Job Title: Provision Division/Public Health Nursing DirectorDepartment: Public Health ServicesReports To: VP of Public Health ServicesFLSA Status: Exempt, Full TimeSalary range: $ 60,000-95,000 annual salary, depending on number of years of transferable experience and internal equity (Candidates with NP licensure have a higher salary range)Visit us at https://riverstonehealth.org/ to learn more about our public health programs and services.SUMMARY The Provision Division/Public Health Nursing Director oversees the maternal/child health home visiting, WIC, and Ryan White programs and acts in a matrixed capacity as the nursing director for all public health nursing services within an accredited Public Health department. The person in this position provides direction on the clinical interventions, education, counseling, and associated activities within these program areas. Leadership in this position includes directly supervising managers in each of the named program areas and working collaboratively across public health divisions to provide nursing scope of practice direction and nursing skill development support to public health nurses. The ideal candidate possesses strong public health nursing experience, leadership experience, communication skills, and adaptability.

Management or supervisory experience required.
Public Health or other community based relevant nursing experience required
BSN, MSN, or Nursing Doctorate prepared, MT-licensed nurse
Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant area;
Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred and
Experience and training which provides the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Current professional license in the State of Montana (if applicable).
Valid State of Montana Driver’s License in good standing.
Required to obtain emergency preparedness on the job training at a minimum of ICS 100, 200, 700, 300 and 400 .
