Cerner Enviza is seeking a Qualitative Research Consultant, responsible for managing and growing client relationships, able to manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion with input from senior client leads. Candidates in this role will have the desire to expand their knowledge and implementation of various study designs, behavioral science, best practice implementation of methodologies and techniques, moderating traditional and digital methodologies with appropriate approaches and techniques.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Role will include drafting screeners, managing recruitment with field operations and keeping client/moderator informed of schedule/project status, drafting discussion guides with Senior Client Lead, listening to and conducting interviews
Keeping the project team informed on all relevant aspects of studies to complete work within the expected time frame
Ensures quality standard and applicable pharmacovigilance practices are implemented for reporting Adverse Events according to client specifications
Partner with the Senior Client Lead and Moderators to analyze qualitative findings and develop visually engaging, impactful PowerPoint reporting that tells a story and answers the client business questions. This includes, note taking, evaluating content analysis, brainstorming and reviewing with Senior Client Lead/Moderator.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year licensed health care practice, clinical research, epidemiology and/or biostatistics work experience
At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Biology, Agronomy, Statistics, Pharmacy, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration or similar
1-5 years professional experience with some qualitative experience in market research
Experience in healthcare market research a plus
Preferred industry experience in life sciences (e.g., pharmaceutical or biotechnology)

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
