Job Description :
Position Summary: Quality Administrator is responsible for assisting the Area Quality Managers in performing administrative functions related to the overall operation of the quality system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintains and keeps current vendor profiles and certifications
Completing customer surveys
Monthly tracking and reporting of goods on quality hold
Works with Area Quality Managers on status 3 resolution
Assists in providing REACH and RoHS documentation to customers
Completes TW Metals Representations and Certifications for customers
Completes CMRT (Conflict Minerals) customer requests
Assists in managing Conflict Minerals, REACH, and RoHS compliance surveys of vendors

Requirements:

Knowledge of ISO and AS Quality System Standards preferred
Possess strong knowledge of quality management system and quality control techniques
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including charts and graphing
Willingness to learn proprietary computer program, known as Metalware
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
