Job Description :
Come join our own in house “agency” and gain the experience and knowledge of working at our different locations and units.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Sign on Bonus: $2000 paid out in three increments over your first year
Job: Provide compassionate care to residents in a person-centered care environment including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, transferring), emotional support and monitoring the residents needs.
Schedule: Make your own schedule every 4 weeks. This includes one weekend per month and two holidays per year.
Requirements:
At least 1 full year of working experience as a resident assistant in a nursing home
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid State ID or Driver’s license (School ID or Passport not accepted)
Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds
Pass basic physical including a drug screen and receive an annual flu shot
Pass background check
Must have or receive Flu and Covid vaccines or fill out exemption forms
