Job SummaryThe Recruiting Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring talented employees at Wedgewood Pharmacy. The Recruiting Specialist reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. This position is primarily responsible for recruiting excellent talent for the New Jersey Lab Operations Team and ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded._ When and Where you’ll work: _
This position will work remotely, Monday – Friday. There will be some onsite training required – training will take place in our Swedesboro, NJ location.
This is a full time, 6 month temporary position – with potential for full-time conversion.
What you’ll do:
Execute full life cycle, high-volume recruiting activities related to screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting for pharmacy technician positions.
Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process
Leverage a variety of tools to source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates
Track recruiting metrics and meet monthly hiring metrics
Develop and maintain relationships with the community to establish Wedgewood Pharmacy as an employer of choice
Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire the best talent
Build relationships and enhance brand recognition with various colleges and universities. Attend job fairs and/or special events

Possess basic knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
What you’ve done:
Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree
Have a minimum of 3 years of previous work experience, with 1-2 years of recruiting experience
Gained previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
Gained previous experience with social media and other recruitment marketing tools and techniques
Demonstrated computer and Microsoft Office skills
